Established in 2012, Rock & Ruthless is a tattoo parlor fueled by passion and creativity, built to produce award-winning artwork in a positive, clean environment.
An upscale custom shop.
Rock & Ruthless Tattoo Parlor sits in downtown Philipsburg, PA. We offer custom tattoo work designed specifically for the client. No flash off a wall, no copies. Beyond tattooing, the shop runs its own clothing line, completely designed and carried out by owner and artist Tyler Walstrom.
