Established in 2012, Rock & Ruthless is a tattoo parlor fueled by passion and creativity to produce award-winning artwork in a positive, clean environment. Every piece is custom, designed specifically for the client.

We operate by appointment for tattoos so each project gets the focus it deserves, with Walk-In Fridays for smaller work and piercings. Our company is formed around honesty, hard work and skill.
